Derek Noorman

Rev. Derek J. Noorman serves as Lead Pastor of The Refuge Church in Grandville, Michigan. Before entering pastoral ministry, Derek spent many years working in the building trades, an experience that still shapes his love of making things, working with his hands, and paying attention to the world around him. His ministry is rooted in the Reformed tradition and in a desire to help people discover the grace of God in Scripture, in community, and in the ordinary places of everyday life. He is especially interested in discipleship, restoration, and the church’s calling to care faithfully for all God’s creation.
