Adam Kronk

Adam Kronk serves as inaugural director of the DELTA Network, based out of the Institute for Ethics and the Common Good at the University of Notre Dame. DELTA (dignity, embodiment, love, transcendence, and agency) is a faith-based framework for human flourishing in the age of AI funded by a $50M grant from the Lilly Endowment.

Adam’s career has entailed a wide range of experiences with a clear throughline: centering the dignity of the human person. He has been Chief Culture Officer at Lippert—a publicly traded manufacturing company; Head of School at La Lumiere—an independent boarding school with a mission to form character, cultivate scholarship, and explore faith; and founding director of the Notre Dame Deloitte Center for Ethical Leadership, where he worked on fostering character and integrity in business by translating cutting-edge academic research into practical application. Before that, Adam helped run an educational nonprofit in rural Cambodia and a facility for the homeless in South Bend.

He earned a doctorate of education—focused on how organizations operationalize values—from Vanderbilt University, and is a double Domer (undergrad and Master’s degrees from ND).
