Dialogue with Reasons to Believe | Fuz & Darrel
Fuz Rana and Darrel Falk talk about how the relationship between BioLogos and Reasons to believe was developed and then discuss how they have come to such different conclusions when working with the same data.
Before You Read
We’ll get right to it: Young people today are departing the faith in historic numbers as the church is either unwilling or unable to address their questions on science and faith. BioLogos is hosting those tough conversations. Not with anger, but with grace. Not with a simplistic position to earn credibility on the left or the right, but a message that is informed, faithful, and hopeful.
Although voices on both sides are loud and extreme, we are breaking through. But as a nonprofit, we rely on the generosity of donors like you to continue this challenging work. Your tax deductible gift today will help us continue to counter the polarizing narratives of today with a message that is informed, hopeful, and faithful.
Fazale (Fuz) Rana is the Vice President of Research and Apologetics at Reasons to Believe. Formerly a senior scientist in research and development at Procter & Gamble, Fuz graduated with highest honors from West Virginia State College (now University) with a BS in chemistry and went on to earn a PhD in chemistry with an emphasis in biochemistry from Ohio University, where he was twice awarded the Donald Clippinger Research Award. He pursued postdoctoral studies in the biophysics of cell membranes at the Universities of Virginia and Georgia. Biochemist Fazale Rana writes and speaks extensively about evidence for creation emerging from biochemistry, genetics, human origins, and synthetic biology.
