James C. Peterson

James C. Peterson, PhD (University of Virginia), is the Schumann Professor of Christian Ethics and Director of the Benne Center for Religion & Society at Roanoke College. An ordained pastor, he is also on the faculty of the Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine, ethicist for the LewisGale Medical Center, and Editor-in-Chief of Perspectives on Science and Christian Faith. The American Scientific Affiliation and the International Society for Science & Religion (Cambridge) have both named him a Fellow.
