Finding Beauty in the Slowness of God

One of the struggles that some Christians wrestle with when first considering Evolutionary Creation is that it would seem to indicate God has been a God who has created very slowly over time. And a slow God? That often doesn't sit right with us. But what if the slowness of God is one of the most beautiful aspects of his nature?

One of the struggles that some Christians wrestle with when first considering Evolutionary Creation is that it would seem to indicate God has been a God who has created very slowly over time.

And a slow God? That’s a concept that doesn’t sit well with many, and at times conflicts with how we see God act in our own lives.

But what if there truly is a slowness to God… and what if that’s actually a really, really beautiful thing?
