In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it. -John 1:1-5 (NIV)
The word BioLogos was coined by our founder, Francis Collins, in an attempt to describe the Christian belief that all of creation—including the findings of modern science—points to its creator, Jesus Christ, the Word made flesh. Join us in Houston, Texas, March 29-31, 2017, as we explore God's evolving creation through the lens of Christian faith.
