Christopher Hitchens
Christopher Hitchens was an English-American author and journalist. Hitchens received a degree in philosophy, politics, and economics from Balliol College, Oxford, in 1970. He also taught as a visiting professor at the University of California, Berkeley, the University of Pittsburgh, and the New School of Social Research. He was also a prominent public intellectual and a staple of talk shows and lecture circuits. He was a columnist and literary critic at Vanity Fair, Slate, The Atlantic, World Affairs, The Nation, Free Inquiry and a variety of other media outlets. He was also a regular television and radio commentator.
