Casey Luskin

Casey Luskin is an attorney that also currently works as Program Officer in Public Policy and Legal Affairs at the Discovery Institute where he is helping educators and policymakers nationwide to teach evolution accurately. He earned graduate degrees in both science and law: his B.S. and M.S. in Earth Sciences from the University of California, San Diego and his Law Degree from the University of San Diego. Also from 1997 to 2002, he conducted geological research at Scripps Institution for Oceanography. He is co-founder of the Intelligent Design and Evolution Awareness Center and has published in both technical law and science journals, including the Journal of Church and State, Montana Law Review, Geochemistry, Geophysics, and Geosystems, Hamline Law Review, Liberty University Law Revie, University of St. Thomas Journal of Law & Public Policy, and Progress in Complexity, Information, and Design. Luskin is also co-author of Traipsing Into Evolution: Intelligent Design.
