To Tame the World: What terrifies us about reality pushes us toward its Creator.

Today on the BioLogos blog, we’re linking to an article our editorial team enjoyed reading in Christianity Today, by author N. D. Wilson. It’s about the world we live in. It’s about reality, and the supernatural. It’s about God. It’s about humility and our complete inability to fully appreciate and comprehend the true wonder and complexity of the mere fact of existing.

And it’s really well written. Here’s the link: http://www.christianitytoday.com/ct/2013/september/to-tame-world.html

No doubt many thinkers are guilty of trying to tame the world, but then many Christians are guilty of trying to bring God down to their level.

We are called to understand God and nature in awe and trembling.  We are called to live by informed faith, not by blind faith.
