Interested in sharing your work or thoughts at the 2017 BioLogos Conference? BioLogos welcomes a range of voices on topics of science and faith, and our national conference will provide a unique opportunity to present and interact with a diverse and engaged group of fellow Christians from across the country.
BioLogos' mission is to invite the church and the world to see the harmony between science and biblical faith as we present an evolutionary understanding of God's creation. Abstract decisions will be made on the basis of abstract quality and resonance with BioLogos' mission, with additional consideration to ensure overall topical balance for the conference. Topical examples for abstracts may include science, philosophy, history/humanities, theology, biblical studies, or other such fields. We also welcome abstracts on projects and best practices in church, university, K-12, campus ministry, public engagement, and other contexts.
Please share your information, as well as a brief abstract summarizing your proposed presentation, in the form below. Submitted abstracts will be considered for presentation as either an oral presentation (breakout session) or a poster session. Oral presentations will be 20 minutes followed by 10 minutes for Q&A. Poster presentations will be on display throughout the conference, with additional poster session times set aside for interaction between attendees and poster presenters. You can indicate your preference for either an oral presentation or a poster presentation below. While we are unable to honor all requests, we will be happy to pass your preference on to reviewers for consideration.
For earliest consideration, we encourage you to submit abstracts by December 16, 2016. Applications will be reviewed by an expert panel, with decisions made on a rolling basis. Notifications will be sent no later than February 1, 2017. For questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
